Unfortunately – at this stage – we cannot offer refunds or the ability to return items. We will modify this as soon as possible. Please bare in mind that we are a growing non-profit, manned entirely by volunteers.
Also, exchanges are possible only if the item is unused and in the same condition that you received it. Furthermore, the item must also be in the original packaging, and must be inspected by a Toronto Gaymers Administrator, and deemed to be exchangeable. (It is the sole discretion of an official Toronto Gaymers Administrator if an item may be returned.)
Exceptions include the following:
- under no circumstance will any product of an intimate nature be deemed exchangeable;
- gift cards may not be exchanged;
- items without a receipt or proof of purchase;
- items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons outside our purview;
- any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Promotional, Clearance, or Sale items:
Only regular priced items may be exchanged.
If you are shipping an order of over $75 CAD, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Whenever possible, we use shipping methods that have tracking numbers at no extra cost to you; when that isn’t possible, you will receive an email asking for alternate arrangements.
